Marshall, MI— James “Jase” Bolger’s Campaign for State Representative announced today the endorsements of several prominent Michigan organizations. The three organizations announcing support for Bolger include the Michigan Townships Association, the Michigan Ground Water Association, and the Michigan Association of Realtors.
The Michigan Townships Association PAC was established in 1982 to participate in elections for the Michigan House and Senate. The committee represents more than 99 percent of Michigan’s 1,242 townships and 6,500 elected township officials.
“MTA-PAC is pleased to endorse James Bolger,” said Tom Frazier, legislative liaison to the MTA-PAC. “As a Calhoun County commissioner, he clearly understands what makes local government unique and vital to the future success of our state. We look forward to working with Jase when he’s elected to state office.”
The Michigan Ground Water Association’s District 10 also endorsed Bolger in his bid for State Representative. “Jase Bolger is steadfast in principal and political belief and has worked tirelessly to uphold and protect the rights of his constituents. Jase Bolger supports individual and small business rights,” said Ray Leonard, President of the MGWA, district 10. “He has our staunch support and loyalty”.
The Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS® (BCAAR), Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® (GKAR) and Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR) are endorsing James "Jase" Bolger (R-Marshall) for election to the Michigan House of Representatives, District 63. A select panel of BCAAR and GKAR REALTOR® members conducted interviews with candidates for the Michigan House and concluded that Bolger is best qualified for the position.
“Jase Bolger offers a wealth of experience as a business owner and local government official that Lansing needs right now. We support his candidacy because he is a strong natural advocate for the home and business owners, buyers, and sellers in the 63rd District,” said Matt Davis, President of the BCAAR.
"State government needs leaders to take action to attract job providers. Jase is the candidate in this race that will do this,” said Gary Brown, President of the GKAR.
Bolger commented, “These organizations represent things so dear to the families in our communities. From local government to drinking water and to the American dream and most people’s biggest investment: home ownership. I am thrilled that they each think I can do the best job on these issues for our families.”
James “Jase” Bolger is a Kalamazoo small business owner and Calhoun County Commissioner. He and his wife, Molly, are raising their two teenage children in Marshall. Bolger is running for State Representative in the 63rd District, looking to succeed term limited Lorence Wenke, R-Galesburg. The 63rd District covers portions of Kalamazoo and Calhoun Counties.
